Unrefined virgin cold-pressed mustard oil produced from the selected seeds of oriental (Brassica Juncea), yellow (Sinapis Alba) and brown (Brassica Nigra) mustard.

Mustard oil is widely used in cooking, as well as in canning, baking, confectionery, margarine, soap and pharmaceutical industries.  It is also particularly valuable for baking bread of high grade (mustard bread) and for confectionery products (biscuits, etc.). Expensive varieties of canned fish are dressed with mustard oil. It is recommended for making salads, mayonnaises, perfect for frying and greasing bakery pans, as it has a very high smoking point (+300 ⁰С).   Mustard oil is also widely used in soap making - for splitting in order to obtain glycerine, in the perfume industry and in medicine – for the production of liniments and creams.   Mustard oil is classified as a weakly-drying oil; hence, it is perfect for use in the production of lubricants for motors and equipment operating at low temperatures.
